 Hot Water Bath Catalog (Model : HWB Series):

Description : Construction :This water bath is made from SS-304 Having double wall construction. It is designed to meet all requirements of Pathological, Microbiological, Chemical, Physical and other Laboratories.

Temperature Control : A digital temperature controls temperature at any point from 5degC above ambient to 95degC. The accuracy of control is (+/-) 0.5 Deg C up to a temperature of full scale range The heating element is of Inconel to provide additional safety & lifelong service. Our baths are robust and reliable each with an easy to clean stainless steel tank. The heating element is located inside the tank to facilitate rapid warm-up and responsive heating. A perforated stainless steel platform (removable for cleaning) covers the element and acts as a support for vessels. Controls are recessed in the outer case for protection.

Selection of bath temperature is easy and accurate via the digital LED display which also gives a read-out of actual temperature. Electronic control ensures good temperature stability. In addition, there is an adjustable over-temperature cut-out to protect the bath and samples from control failure. (*)

Description : We are manufacturers of BOD incubators in India since 2002. We specialize in both standard and customized models, specifically designed to meet the challenging demands of various scientists for individual and specialized research applications. Most versatile for Biochemical Oxygen Demand determinations. Castor wheel mounted cabinet is double walled with inner chamber of aluminum or S.S. and outer wall of M.S. Sheet duly painted. The gap between the outer and the inner wall is fitted with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses. Back of the unit is fitted with air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniformity throughout the chamber. Full view inner glass door permits inspection of specimens, without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangement is provided in the double walled outer door. Unit is fitted with door operated illumination lamp inside the chamber. Refrigeration unit is formed by ISI marked compressor. System can also be used as an economical chiller with heating capabilities to replace tap water cooling in small laboratory applications. Muffle Furnace Its double walled inner chamber is made of 4 siliminite refractory slabs and outer chamber is made of cold rolled mild steel sheets finished in powder coating. Insulation by ceramic fibre blankets to minimize the radiation heat loss. Double walled insulated door mounted on heavy duty hinges is provided with effective locking arrangements. Heating elements will be kanthal A1 coil suspended in the grooves of the refractory.
